Tomorrow’s economy can only be a low carbon and sustainable economy. Under Vision Green, Canadians will take advantage of the the greatest economic opportunity humanity has ever seen. They will pay lower taxes, have new jobs, new technologies.

The Green Party will make sure Canada is a leader, not a laggard in this future. A green economy will create many new industries and jobs. By developing and promoting low carbon technologies (alternate fuels, renewable energy) we can create a thriving economy. The Green Party of Canada is the only party able to tackle today’s challenges while securing tomorrow’s opportunities.

Canadians enjoy one of the highest qualities of life of any people in the world, now or in all of human history.  We are blessed with abundant resources, a skilled and educated workforce and a highly innovative corporate culture.  However, we are not achieving our full potential.
